In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
When receiving the goods, be sure to pay attention to the integrity of the packaging and its contents. The store is not responsible for goods that have not been inspected for mechanical damage upon receipt at the post office.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Delivery fee is not refundable. Return delivery fee is payed by customer.
